Tip #1: Always carry a pack of gum with you

If you would like to curb craving between meal, try chewing gum. If you have a peace of gum in your mouth, you will not be able to taste sugary drinks or do any “mindless snacking”

    Jarvez, you are an inspiration! I also am an overweight man, simular story, high school football, college football, tragedy during college, blown out knee, depression, and marraige, I have 3 children one on the way, and I am tired of being obese. I have tried everything, but its so hard to start, its so hard to change my work schedule, between 12 hour days at work, trying to make time for my family, and living with the shame of trying to go to the gym, but feeling embarrased about myself. I want so bad to be where you are, do you have any tips for me? How did you get past the embarrasment and shame? You truly are an Inspiration!!
